✦ Cold pressed at 12 o'clock
All our olives are processed exclusively by mechanical means within the first 12 hours of harvesting, at temperatures below 27°C. This preserves the natural aromas, polyphenols, and character of the oil.
✦ Indigenous Istrian varieties
Buža, Rosinjola, Karbonaca, Istarska Bjelica, Pendolino, Maraiola, Frantoio. Each variety with its own character – from freshness and fruitiness to structure and pungency.
✦ Perfect as a finishing oil
Our oils develop their full aroma raw: over salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, fish or fresh cheese. Not for frying – for enjoyment.
✦ From a family manufactory in Bale
Production is limited by the yield from our olive grove. Quality always takes precedence over quantity – every bottle is the result of precision and consistency.
Three oils, one estate, three golds from Berlin. Rosinjola, Buža and Finide in 0.25L bottles. Two expressive single-varietal oils and one cuvée that brings them together. Designed for those who already know how to love Istrian oil and want to get to know it by variety.
WHAT IS IN THE BOX
Rosinjola, 0.25L
Monovarietal oil of an indigenous Istrian variety. Gold at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2026. Expressive oil: herbs, artichoke and a distinct pungency on the finish.
Buža, 0.25L
Single-varietal oil of the oldest Istrian variety. Gold at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2023. Medium fruitiness, with notes of almond and a gentle bitterness.
Finide Cuvée, 0.25L
A blend of selected Istrian varieties, crafted to combine freshness and fullness in a single bottle. Gold at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2023. A rounded, mellow oil with a pleasant piquancy on the finish.
WHO IS IT FOR
As a gift for someone who loves cooking and appreciates origin. As a comparative tasting: two single varieties side by side, followed by a cuvée showing what happens when they are blended. Like a small cellar on the kitchen shelf, where every dish gets its own oil.
HOW TO USE
Rosinjola for robust dishes: red meat, legume soups, toasted bread, goulash. Buža for hot and cold starters: tomato, mozzarella, eggs, grilled fish. Finide for everyday: salads, pasta, vegetables, white meat.
Use all oils cold or added at the end of cooking, this way all aromas and polyphenols are preserved.
